Parish Memorial Garden
Our Church has a Memorial Garden from behind the Lychgate to the presbytery, opposite the side entrance to the Church. At the far end is a shower fountain which washes over a mosaic cross. The water then travels underground and comes to the centre circle to an opening where the ashes are scattered. Around the pipe is a pebble garden. When the water is turned on it washes the ashes into the pebbles. At the other end is a wall with a niche for a statue and on either side of there is room for plaques with the name and date of birth and date of death of those whose ashes rest in the garden. If you would like to have the ashes of a loved one scattered and a plaque placed on the Wall of Remembrance, please contact us for a quotation.
The following plaques are mounted on the wall. Friends and relatives are welcome to come and visit and say a prayer.
