Votive Candles
Please note that the votive candles cost R2 EACH. We ask that you do not take many candles and light them and then only pay for one. This results in a loss of candles. Please also be aware that other people might want to light candles.

Gaza, what now?
On Tuesday, 25 February 2025, Fr Russell Pollitt, SJ, will be in conversation with Fr David Neuhaus, SJ – who lives and works in Jerusalem – on the future of Gaza. This will be online 19h00-20h00. Click HERE for the link.
Lent 2025: Hearts on Fire
The parish will offer a Lenten programme with the assistance of the Jesuit Institute. It will be rooted in the Ignatian tradition but focus on many facets of prayer and spiritual growth. The program will run for five Sundays in Lent from 11h15-13h00. So often, people seek to do something enriching and meaningful for Lent. This is your opportunity. The course will also be offered at a greatly reduced rate, which includes all the sessions and a manual R250. We really encourage you to join this program; you will benefit! Ash Wednesday
Ash Wednesday will be on the 5th of March, distribution of Ashes will be during the three parish masses at 06h00, 13h15 & 18h00.The 18h00 Eucharist will be sung and celebrated in English and Latin.
Trinity Monthly Lectures
As part of our ongoing faith formation, we will have the return of our Trinity Monthly Lectures. The lecture this month will take place on Sunday at 11:00 in Trinity House Hall. The topic is: “Is there space for dissent in the Catholic Church?”. The Speaker will be Fr. Isaac Fernandes SJ. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served after the lecture.

PPC Information Session
There will be an information session for everyone who wants to know more about the PPC and it’s work. This will be on the 2nd March at 11h00 in the Trinity House Hall. We encourage all interested in how the parish is managed to come along.
PPC Nominations
On Sunday, 9th March 2025 we will have nominations at all Masses for the new PPC. Forms will be given out so that you can nominate the people you think are most suitable for leadership in the parish.
The Pope’s Prayer Intention for February
We pray with Pope Francis that the ecclesial community might welcome the desires and doubts of those young people who feel a call to serve Christ’s mission in the priesthood and religious life.
