Stained Glass Window Second Collection
We will take up a second collection at all Christmas Masses to continue raising funds to restore the stained-glass windows. Please support us generously.

Thank you to Fr Chris Chatteris SJ for presiding at the 07h30 Mass and to Fr Grant Tungay SJ for presiding at the 09h30 Mass. Fr Russell is in Lusaka, Zambia, at a Jesuit Provincial Consultation. The Jesuit provincial has “consultors” who help him make decisions about the province. Fr Russell is one of the consultors and travels regularly to the monthly consults. He will be back for Christmas.
Windows Update
We have raised R 370 000.00 so far for the windows. Thank you for your contributions. Please continue to help us collect money as we need to raise R2.5million to save the windows! The first phase (The Rose Window) of the restoration will begin on the 13th January 2025.
St. Vincent de Paul
A second collection will be taken on Sunday 29 December. The SSVP would like to thank everyone for your generosity and continued support!
Archbishop’s Farewell
There will be a farewell Mass for Archbishop Buti Tlhagale OMI at the Cathedral of Christ the King at 09h30 on 11 January 2025. All are invited to come and give him thanks for his many years as Archbishop of Johannesburg.
Installation of Stephen Cardinal Brislin as Archbishop of JHB
Cardinal Brislin will be installed as Archbishop of Johannesburg on 25 January at St. Benedict’s College, Bedfordview. All are welcome. Mass is at 09h30.

The 2025 Catechism Registration will open on Sunday 19th of January 2025. Announcements on how and where will be made closer to the time.
