Earth Day
Earth Day, celebrated annually on 22 April, is a reminder of the importance of environmental conservation and sustainability, encouraging us to come together and take action for a healthier planet and brighter future. On Sunday, in anticipation, we pray together Pope Francis’ Prayer for Our Earth’ using the take-home leaflet you will find in the pews.
Student Confirmation Class
University students who wish to be confirmed may join the Confirmation Class on Sunday, 21st of April at 14h00. This week’s topic is “The development of the Creed ”
Voter Education
The archdiocese has arranged for the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) to visit all parishes of the archdiocese prior to the elections to do voter education. They will do a 5 to 10 minute presentation at the end of mass this weekend. They may ask you to sign a register to prove that they have been here and done this important work of formation.

Blessing & Opening of the Marian Shrine
All parishioners are invited by Archbishop Buti Tlhagale OMI to the blessing and opening of the Mother of Mercy Shrine in Magaliesburg on Saturday the 27th of April. Mass will start at 09h30 (The Marian Shrine is on the same road as Boys Town and Mount Grace Hotel)

Archdiocesan Meeting of Families ‘24
The Archdiocesan Meeting Of Families, headed by the Youth Department in collaboration with Evangelisation and Marriage & Family Life, has been instituted as the main annual youth month event, it will be on the 22nd of June 2024 at Bosco Centre, Walkerville. Cost per person is R100, parishioners who are interested can contact the parish for registration.
