Student Confirmation Class
The next class for University Student who wish to be confirmed will be on Sunday 17th September at 14h00. The topic is “What does it mean to live a good life? 10 Commandments and moral theology”
Season of Creation
The Season of Creation runs annually from 1 September to 4 October. During this time the global Christian family unites around one shared purpose – Care of the Earth. Led by the Caritas Environmental Group here at our parish, we shall be marking the season in our Sunday liturgies with prayer and reflections to help us make a commitment to a renewed relationship with our Creator and all of Creation.
Annual Heritage Day Celebration
The parish will be hosting the annual heritage day fundraising event, this year’s event will be a braai which will be on the 30th of September at 11h00. Tickets cost R150 for adult plate and R50 for kids boerewors roll and are available from the parish office & members of the fundraising committee. Proceeds of this event will go towards this year’s Christmas Lunch for the homeless. Your support will be greatly appreciated!
Trinity Monthly Lectures
Trinity Monthly Lectures is an ongoing formation series of lectures which will be on the 4th Sunday of each month. This month’s lecture will be on the 24th September at 11am in the Trinity House Hall. This month’s topic is “For people living on the margins”. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served after the lecture.
St. Vincent de Paul
The SSVP are hosting a morning of reflection for all parishioners, it will be on the 14th of October from 09h00 till 13h00.
Annual Leadership Conference 2023
All leaders are invited to attend the Annual Leadership Conference hosted by the Department of Evangelisation in the Archdiocese of Johannesburg. The Conference will be on Saturday 21st October from 08h00 till 16h00 at Holy Family College in Parktown. Cost per person is R100. Those interested to attend, please email the parish and you will be registered.
Pilgrimage to Ngome
