PRAYER FOR JULY 2023
Lord Jesus, Lamb of God, you sacrificed your body and shed your blood for us to gain forgiveness, redemption, and eternal salvation for our sins. You renew this sacrifice at every Mass through the Sacrament of the Eucharistic. There you are truly present for us to welcome and receive your body and blood. Through the Eucharist you come as close to us as you were to your first disciples. We pray that the encounter with you in the Eucharist will make us people of gentleness, humility, and forgiveness. Through us may others encounter your loving care.
Jesus you are ever present in the tabernacle, inviting us to spend time in adoration and meditation with you and before you. Help us to set time aside for prayer that we may enter a deeper personal relationship with you in our day-to-day living.
Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy on us, make us worthy of your love. AMEN
